My part

The work
Focals looked like ordinary glasses, with a display in the lens.
I was an intern at Thalmic Labs in Kitchener from January to April 2015. I worked on their first AR glasses and on wristbands that read muscle signals through the skin.
Thalmic Labs became North, and Google bought North in June 2020. Focals was discontinued. In 2025 I worked on smart glasses again, at Amazon.
